The ARC shall not be held liable for injuries to employees or subcontracted employees of the company and or damages to service providers property used in the execution of the work. Only good quality parts and materials that complies with SABS requirements may be used in the execution of the work. The ARC reserves the right to inspect material prior to installation and may refuse usage of the material should it be found not to comply with requirements.
