CIDB contractor grading of 7EP or higher required. tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 7ep or higher

SDLI penalty of 1. 5% of contract value for failure to meet SDLI obligations. eskom will apply a penalty of 1. 5 of the contract value for failure to meet sdli obligations

Failure to submit mandatory returnables or meet eligibility criteria leads to disqualification. a tenderer that does not submit mandatory documents by or the complete information required in mandatory documents by the deadlines as stipulated in the tender returnable section of the respective invitation to tender will be deemed nonresponsive

Bidders will be ranked by applying the preferential point scoring 80/20 for bids equal to or below R50 million and 90/10 for bids above R50 million, with a maximum of 90 points for price.

Tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 3EP or higher may submit tender offers. A valid letter of good standing with COIDA is required.

The site inspection is compulsory, and these inspections will provide you with a more understanding of the airport and what is required for this tender contract.

Closing date for enquiries is 11 November 2026. Request clarification by notifying the employer by the query closure date of 11 November 2026 at 15:00.

Bids which are submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted. Failure to provide or comply with tax compliance particulars may render the bid invalid.

The evaluation uses the **** preference point system: price will be evaluated on 80 points and 20 points will be allocated to specific goals as illustrated on sbd 6.

Mandatory requirements include: submit two verifiable reference letters from two different previous clients where electronic personnel dosimeters were supplied and submit a valid type testing certificate.

Quotations submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered and not sent through the procurement central email will not be considered for evaluation.

Quotations will be evaluated on the **** point scoring system. 80 points will be allocated to price and the remaining 20 points will be allocated for specific goals as per pppfa 2022.

All suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database: all suppliers responding to quotations should be registered on central supplier database csd.
