Payments will be settled within 30 days from receipt of invoice, as stated: all payments due to creditors for goods delivered services rendered will be settled within thirty 30 days from receipt of an invoice.

Mandatory requirements include CSD registration, SARS compliance, and facilitator experience. an accredited experienced expert facilitator with 23years experience facilitating this training.

There is a compulsory sitebriefinginspection mentioned in the document.

Failure to provide mandatory information may result in disqualification. failure to provide any mandatory information as requested above will result in the submission being deemed nonresponsive.

Bids must be submitted by the closing date and time. The closing date is 26 October 2026 at 11:00. bids must be emailed delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. late bids will not be accepted for consideration.

The award is based on price and specific goals. the maximum points for this bid are allocated as follows: points price 80 specific goals 20 total points for price and specific goals 100

Penalties apply for late delivery. the purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay

Specific queries must be submitted by no later than two days before the closing date. specific queries relating to this rfq should be submitted ***@***. *. * by no later than two 2 days before the closing date.

Bidders may be disqualified for non-compliance with submission requirements. failure to provide or comply with any of the above particulars may render the bid invalid and bidders found to be in collusion with one another will be automatically disqualified

Training must be completed within 12 months, excluding December. the entire training must be completed in the period of 12 months and deliveries will be required within 30 days from date of the official order.

Payment is made per delegate trained, monthly on receipt of tax invoices, within 30 days. payment will be made per delegates trained to the department and payment will be done within 30 days of receipt and approval of the original invoice.
