The successful bidder shall complete the project within three 3 months from the date of bid award, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the successful bidder and the ARC.

Subject to GCC clause 25, if the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods or to perform the services within the periods specified in the contract, the purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services.

A compulsory briefing session and site inspection is scheduled for 18 June 2026 at 11:00 at ARC Natural Resources Engineering, 141 Cresswell Rd, Weavind Park, Pretoria, ****.

Failure to submit tender documents after the closing time and date, failure to upload two complete documents through the eTenders eSubmission portal, failure to comply with mandatory requirements, misrepresentation of facts, and failure to submit all signed and completed standard bidding documents may result in disqualification.
