The evaluation is based on price and specific goals. The weighting is price 80 and specific goals 20.

Bidders must submit mandatory documents including valid isoiec **** information security management and isoiec **** information security incident management certificates.

Bidders failing to submit mandatory documents will be disqualified. any bidder who fails to submit a mandatory document will be disqualified at this stage and not evaluated further.

Proposals must be submitted by the closing date and time: closing date and time 29 october2026 at 14: 00 pm. No late submissions will be accepted.

No advance payment will be made: The sabs will not make an upfront or advance payment to a successful bidder. payment will only be made in accordance to the delivery of service or goods that will be agreed upon.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 preference points system: only bidders who quoted as per mandatory requirements will be evaluated further on **** preference points system of 2022. pricing and specific goal.

Mandatory requirements include Adobe Commerce partner accreditation and reference letters: valid partnership and distribu on le er adobe commerce partner and minimum of three 3 contactable reference le ers.

Failure to provide mandatory documents leads to disqualification: failure to provide a valid proof of will result in disqualifica on and failure to provide all the mandatory required documents will result in a disqualificaton.

The contract will be awarded to the bidder scoring the highest number of points. the municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or award a contract to the bidder scoring the highest number of points.
