The successful service provider is expected to deliver on all key deliverables within hree 3 months after the contract is signed by both parties.

The successful bidder will usually be the service provider scoring the highest number of points or a lower-scoring bid based on firm, verifiable and justifiable grounds, or no award at all.

Bidders must submit a project plan and methodology demonstrating an understanding of the full scope of work, and the required implementation timeframes of three 3 months for the key deliverable.

There will be no briefing session for this request for proposal.

Any clarification required by a bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the terms of reference, or any other aspect concerning the bid, is to be requested in writing email from ms. lebo hlombe at ***@***. *. * by 12h00 on 27 march 2026.

The value of this bid is estimated not to exceed 50 000 000.

The contract duration will be for a period of four 4 months.

The presidency undertakes to pay out in full within thirty days 30 after all valid claims for services rendered to its satisfaction upon presentation of a substantiated claiminvoice, according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the contract.

The bid will be awarded to the bidder who scored the highest points in terms of price and specific goals.

The bidder must have a minimum of five 5 years of experience in conducting organisational design, scm maturity assessments, and structureorganogram reviews within the public sector.

The bidder must attend a compulsory briefing session.

The delivery time or date stated in the purchase order shall be regarded as fixed and the supplier shall adhere strictly thereto.

Payments shall be effected within 30 days after submission of monthly statement.

The supplier warrants that all goods and services supplied under this purchase order will be in accordance with all contract requirements in terms of the purchase and free from defects or inferior materials, equipment, and workmanship for twelve 12 months after final acceptance of the goods or services.

Should the supplier fail to perform and make delivery in terms of the purchase order, exception of force majeure specified in clause 8. 13, rand water shall be entitled to impose a penalty, which shall be deducted from the payment statement.
