All suppliers responding to quotations should be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). The service provider must submit at least two reference letters for completed projects of a similar nature. Mandatory requirements include attendance of a compulsory site briefing and submission of datasheets and proof of certification/accreditation.

A compulsory briefing session and site visit will be held on 24 April 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bryanston Tower Reservoir Complex.

Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations.
