The supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials unless provided otherwise in the contract. this warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the goods

The award is determined based on a combination of price and specific goals under the **** system. points for this tender even in the case of a tender for incomegenerating contracts shall be awarded for: a price and b specific goals.

Phase 1 requires administrative compliance and registration with CSD. Phase 2 requires submitting three reference letters for similar projects. failure to meet the above mandatory criteria will lead to immediate disqualification

A penalty is calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods using the current prime interest rate for each day of the delay. deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay

Failure to meet mandatory criteria, submitting late tenders, or providing false information can lead to disqualification. failure to meet the above mandatory criteria will lead to immediate disqualification

The WISA 2026 Biennial Conference & Exhibition is scheduled to take place from **** July 2026. Setup is on 21 July 2026 and breakdown is on 24 July 2026.

Bidders must have completed at least 2 projects in provision of exhibition stands for corporate, government, or institutional clients and submit 2 reference letters or fully complete Annexure A. A portfolio showcasing previous work is also required.

Failure to submit mandatory documents will lead to disqualification. Bids may be rejected if the disclosure form is found not to be true and complete. Fraudulent claims for preference points or non-fulfillment of contract conditions can lead to disqualification, recovery of costs, contract cancellation, restriction from future business, and potential criminal prosecution.

The closing date for submissions is 10 June 2026 at 16:00.

Quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 point scoring system. 80 points will be allocated to price and the remaining 20 points will be allocated for specific goals as per PPPFA 2022.

All suppliers responding to quotations should be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Quotations must be on company letterheads. Quotations received after closing date and time will not be accepted. Quotations without brand names where required will not be accepted. Total quotation value to include all applicable taxes. Submit a copy of a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. Ensure that all attached MBDs are duly completed and signed. Submit a copy of valid lease agreement or municipal account statement not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days. Acceptance of a quotation will be subject to Johannesburg Water’s Supply Chain Policy.
