PRASA reserves the right to award business to the highest scoring bidders unless objective criteria justify the award to another bidder.

Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations.

Late deliveries or late completion of the items may be subject to a penalty if this is imposed in the ordercontract.

The evaluation process will be conducted in phase as follows: phase 1: compliance and completeness screening. Phase 2: price and preference. The applicable preference point system for this tender is the **** preference point system. Points shall be awarded for price is 80 and 20 for specific goals. Points will be allocated based on the percentage of ownership per goal and based on the suppliers preferred address as indicated on the csd report. The information will be verified in csd, and the report must be attached as proof.

The bidder must be fully registered on the national treasury central supplier database csd at the closing time of the bid.

Bidders should visit the permit office at least one hour prior to the site inspection to obtain visitor access cards.
