Proposals must include a completed SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6. 1 (BB BEE Claim Form), proof of working at heights certificates, a certified copy of a valid BB BEE certificate, and proof of CSD registration. Failure to submit all required documents will result in disqualification. The quote validity period is 60 days. If any outstanding documents are not submitted by the stipulated date, the proposal will be disqualified. The appointed supplier must communicate the delivery duration within 1 week of appointment or receiving a purchase order. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and proceeding with the next supplier.

If the specific goals have been claimed or obtained on a fraudulent basis or any of the conditions of contract have not been fulfilled, the organ of state may, in addition to any other remedy it may have, disqualify the person from the tendering process, recover costs, losses or damages, cancel the contract, and/or recommend that the tenderer or contractor be restricted from obtaining business from any organ of state for a period not exceeding 10 years, and/or forward the matter for criminal prosecution.
