A non-compulsory clarification meeting will take place on 27 March 2026 at 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams meeting.

The bid documents must be deposited in the bid box situated at the reception area of Umzimvubu Local Municipality offices at 813 Main Street, Mt Frere not later than 12h00 noon on the stipulated closing dates for each project.

If the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods within the periods specified in the contract, the purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum as stated herein for each day of the delay until actual delivery or performance.
