The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals to promote transformation and economic development.

Failure to attend compulsory briefing session results in disqualification. bidders are required to attend the hybrid compulsory briefing session. failure to attend and complete the attendance register will result in disqualification.
