Quotations must be submitted by the closing date and time. The closing date is 05/10/2026 at 16:00 PM. quotations received after closind date and time will not be accepted.

Quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 point scoring system. 80 points will be allocated to price and the remaining 20 points will be allocated for specific goals as per pppfa 2022

All suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database. all suppliers responding to quotations should be registered on central supplier database csd

No site visit is applicable. compulsory briefing session venue: not applicable

Failure to include all applicable taxes will lead to disqualification. failure to include all aplicable taxes on quotation will lead to disqualification.

Payment is made within 30 days after delivery and invoicing. 30 days payments terms and conditions of the invoices will be applicable and after the delivery of goods and services in the municipality.

Warranty is valid for 12 months after delivery and acceptance, or 18 months after shipment, whichever concludes earlier. this warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the goods. . . have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination

Evaluation is based on the 80/20 preference points system. rfqs will be evaluated according to the **** preference points system.

Suppliers must be registered on the municipality's accredited supplier database and CSD. suppliers who are not yet registered are required to register on the municipalitys accredited supplier database as well as the csd.

Penalties are calculated using the current prime interest rate for each day of delay. deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods. . . using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay

Failure to submit original and valid tax clearance certificate will result in invalidation of the bid. failure to submit the original and valid tax clearance certificate will result in the invalidation of the bid.

Price and specific goals: price 80 specific goals 20 with the service provider with the lowest price shall score a maximum of 80 points.

Must submit a valid original tax clearance certificate, issued by the south african revenue services and complete all returnable forms, otherwise automatically disqualify your quotation.

Failure to submit original completed returnable forms as mentioned above will automatically disqualify your quotation and no late proposals will be accepted after the closing time.
