The project must be completed within six months from the date of appointment. As stated: the project must be completed within a period of six (6) months from the date of appointment.

Bidders must register with the Central Supplier Database and provide reference numbers on SBD1. As stated: bidders must ensure that they register with the national treasury central supplier database csd and attach provide the reference numbers on the sbd 1 form.

Financial penalties apply for delays, calculated per 5-day period with percentages deducted from payment. As stated: for each 5 five day period, or other stipulated period, there shall be a penalty in terms of percentages which will be deducted from the payment.

Bids received after closing time will not be accepted, and failure to comply with submission requirements will disqualify. As stated: Bids received after the closing time and date as a rule will not be accepted for consideration and failure to comply will disqualify your proposal.

The threshold to proceed to phase 3 of the evaluation is 70 points on the functionality. Bidders will be evaluated out of 100 points on functionality.

Site inspections must be according to the documentation submitted at the time of request on provisional awarding. This address cannot be replaced over the course of the 3 year contract.

Failure to submit a completed sbd3. 3 with a total bid price inclusive of vat, the bid will be immediately disqualified.
