Training must start within 10 days of receiving an official order and be completed within four months. As stated: the service provider is required to start training on practical aerodrome radio telephony and airside competency training partac within ten 10 days upon receiving an official order.
Payment will be made within 30 days on receipt of a certificate of payment. As stated: payment will be made by the chief financial officer within 30 days on receipt of a certificate of payment issued by the engineer.
