The bid notice states he work in question should be completed and the final closing report submitted within a maximum period of 2 calendar months starting the day after site handover date.
The offer of award will be informed by the best value for money, risk allocation and risk profile of the bidder.
The tenderer must have successfully completed a minimum of one 1 project of similar nature in the last 5 years, with a contract award value of R 500 000, 00 and above per project.
A compulsory briefing will be held on 19 December 2025 at 10h00 online via Microsoft Teams webinar.
No enquiries from bidders will be entertained after the closing date of this rfq and during the subsequent evaluation processes.
