Machinery Tenders

The first machine service is to be completed 2 weeks after issue of purchase order.

Proposals will be evaluated using the **** preference point system.

Bidders must provide proof of certification to work on machines outlined.

A site visit by appointment is scheduled for 20th and 21st july 2026.

Bids that are suspicious will be reported to the competition commission for investigation and possible imposition of administrative penalties.

Quotations must reach PRASA before the closing hour on the date shown on SBD1 above, and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope.

PRASA pays for the item within 30 days of receipt of the supplier's correct tax invoice.

The supplier warrants that the items are in accordance with PRASA's requirements, fit for the purpose for which they are intended, and will remain free from defects for a period of one year unless another period is stated in the order from acceptance of the items by PRASA.

PRASA reserves the right to award business to the highest scoring bidders unless objective criteria justify the award to another respondent.

Bidders must submit a valid SANAS ISO/IEC **** accreditation certificate. Company registration documents, copies of directors' ID documents, valid tax clearance certificate, and CSD supplier registration number are also required.

Late deliveries or late completion of the items may be subject to a penalty if this is imposed in the order contract.

Respondents are warned that a response will be liable for disqualification should any attempt be made either directly or indirectly to canvass any SCM officers or PRASA employee in respect of this RFQ between the closing date and the date of the award of the business.
