The bid notice states that payments shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.

The bid notice states that the supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials. The bid notice states that law enforcement will conduct regular inspections and non-compliant contractors will be fined. It also mentions that if specific goals have been claimed or obtained on a fraudulent basis or any of the conditions of contract have not been fulfilled, the organ of state may, in addition to any other remedy it may have, disqualify the person from the tendering process, recover costs, losses or damages, cancel the contract, recommend restriction from obtaining business, and forward the matter for criminal prosecution.
