Quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 point scoring system, with 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. 80 points will be allocated to price and the remaining 20 points will be allocated for specific goals as per pppfa 2022

Suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. all suppliers responding to quotations should be registered on central supplier database csd

Payment of invoices will be effected on the last day of the calendar month following the calendar month of receipt of a correct and original invoice.

Warranty should be offered of minimum 12 months.

This rfq will be evaluated in terms of price and specific goals system and points shall be awarded accordingly. The 80/20 preference point system applies with 80 points for price and 20 for specific goals.

Bidders must achieve a minimum threshold of 75 points to be considered for further evaluation. Bidders must provide tax clearance certificate, B-BBEE certificate, CSD report, and company registration documents.

Bidders who submitted information that is fraudulent, factually untrue or inaccurate will be disqualified. Bidders listed on prohibited register of bidders in national treasury will be disqualified.

Samples may be requested to confirm compatibility.

Any bidder who has reasons to believe that the rfq specification is based on a specific brand must inform broadband infraco before the rfq closing date.

Late and incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Failure to submit valid tax clearance certificate and verification information will result in the invalidation of this rfq. Failure to provide any required particulars may render the bid invalid.
