Penalties will be charged should the necessary timelines and quality not be adhered to: a 5 penalty for missing the 30/31 January deadline in terms of submission of a complete asset register and notes to the financial statements. b 5 penalty for material adjustments required to the asset register and/or notes to the afs after submission on 30/31 January. c 5 penalty for any material misstatements identified by the external auditors after submission of annual financial statements.
