The appointed service provider is expected to undertake installation within three 3 months of receipt of the appointment letter.

Payments shall be made promptly by the client, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the service provider.

This warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the service, or any portion thereof as the case may be, have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination indicated in the contract, or for eighteen 18 months after the date of shipment from the port or place of loading in the source country, whichever period concludes earlier, unless specified otherwise in scc.

The service provider must provide two 2 written reference letters in 10 reference letters proven conducting similar projects.

If the service provider fail to perform services within the periods specified in the contract, the client shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay until actual delivery or performance.

Failure to submit the required above mentioned compulsory documentation with the bid will result in your bid being disqualified without further consideration.

Failure to deliver goods within agreed timelines might result in an order being cancelled and possible inclusion on the database of restricted suppliers. failuretodelivergoodswithintheagreedtimelinesmightresultinanorderbeingcancelledandpossibleinclusiononthedatabaseofrestrictedsuppliersbythenationaltreasury

A site verification survey is required prior to finalisation of the BOQ to confirm door counts, mounting requirements, cableroutes and power availability. asiteverificationsurveyisrequiredpriortofinalisationoftheboqtoconfirmdoorcounts, mountingrequirements, cableroutesandpoweravailability.

Bidders who fail to comply with any of the mandatory requirements will be disqualified and will not be evaluated further. bidderswhofailtocomplywithanyofthemandatoryrequirementswillbedisqualifiedandwillnotbeevaluatedfurther.
